…that focuses on bringing women together through group fitness instruction. The workouts combine high intensity cardio interval training and strength training. Each workout is formatted to increase your heart rate to maximize calorie/fat burning while developing lean, strong muscles. All ability levels are welcome. The exercises in every class are customized to meet each participant’s fitness needs and goals. Group fitness classes will be established to provide participants with a sense of community and accountability. We are, in fact, stronger together. Mom’s are always welcome to bring their kids to workout, if needed, to play safely alongside them or in the small play area in the gym.

If you are new to working out, or a regular exerciser, STF is the right place for you. There is nothing better than working out with friends!
